摘　　要：基于石棉县X波段双偏振多普勒气象雷达站建设项目所在地近10年电监测的数据资料,对雷达站场区进行雷电时空分布特征分析,从而提出综合系统、科学合理的综合防雷技术措施,以确保雷达站系统设备的正常运行,提升综合预警防御能力,及时、高效地服务于地方防灾减灾工作。Based on the lightning monitoring data of the X-band dual polarization Doppler weather radar station construction project in Shimian County in recent 10 years,analyzed the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of lightning in the radar station area,and put forward a comprehensive system,scientific and reasonable comprehensive lightning protection technical measures to ensure the normal operation of the radar station system equipment and improve the comprehensive early warning and defense ability,So as to serve the local disaster prevention and reduction work in a timely and efficient manner.
