浅谈天美白牦牛产业园水利设施建设项目特性与规模

摘　　要：天美白牦牛产业园是天祝县与甘肃康美现代农牧产业集团共同筹资建设的,集标准化养殖示范、民俗文化旅游体验为一体的白牦牛全产业链文化示范园,是天祝县龙头企业发展的重中之重,直接影响着该县经济的发展前景。分析了白牦牛产业园水利设施建设工程的必要性及其存在的问题,探究了该工程的水文条件、工程任务和规模、工程布置及主要建筑物、施工组织设计,以期有效提高工程的防洪能力,使其达到国家的防洪标准,同时改善区域环境,确保工程防洪安全。Tianzhu Whitening Yak Industrial Park is jointly funded by Tianzhu County and Gansu Kangmei Modern Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Industry Group.It is a cultural demonstration park of the whole industry chain of white yak that integrates standardized breeding demonstration and folk culture tourism experience.It is the top priority of the development of leading enterprises in Tianzhu County and directly affects the economic development prospect of the county.White yak industrial park was analyzed,the necessity of construction of water conservancy facilities engineering and its existing problems,and explored the hydrological conditions of the engineering,engineering,project layout and main task and scale buildings,the construction organization design,in order to improve the construction of flood control ability,make it meet the national standards,at the same time improve the regional environment,ensure the flood control safety of the project.
