摘　　要：上海园林土壤的标准化管理发端于《园林栽植土质量标准》(DBJ 08-231—98),在一定历史时期对上海的园林土壤管理具有重要作用。但是,随着生态文明建设的持续推进,现有园林土壤的标准化管理已无法适应目前的工作需要。系统梳理上海现行园林土壤标准体系,发现园林土壤标准主要存在部分标准内容相互重复和冲突、国标与地标间层次关系不明确,以及技术标准未及时更新等问题。提出完善上海园林土壤标准体系的优化方案,包括针对技术指标进行细化和优化,以及统一土壤指标测定方法避免标准间的冲突。此外,需要提出符合中国园林土壤特点的技术标准,并予以及时修订和完善。在标准化管理对策方面,要进一步重视园林土壤质量,在园林绿化工程设计中,首先针对土壤质量进行控制,同时分类管理园林土壤及土壤改良材料,并进一步提高园林绿化行业财政支撑力度,加强园林土壤的相关科技研发。The current standardized management of landscape soil in Shanghai is gradually originated from Quality Standards of Landscape Gardening Soil(DBJ 08-231-98),which is the basic for the entire system.With the development of the construction of ecological civilization,the existing landscape soil standardized management cannot adapt to the actual landscaping work.Based on the analysis of the current landscape soil standard system,an optimization scheme for the standard system of landscape soil in Shanghai is proposed.Standards of landscape soil in Shanghai mainly had the problems of insufficient attention to soil quality and weak awareness of soil protection.In addition,there were also problems such as the lack of classified management of landscape soil and insufficient investment in policies and technologies for soil improvement.Standards also had problems such as the relationship between national standards and local standards was unclear.Moreover,some current standard contents conflicted with each other,and some standards needed update in a timely manner.Based on the above deficiencies,an optimization plan of landscape soil standardization system is proposed.The standard system needs to improve the status of soil quality.In the design of projects,the soil quality should be controlled firstly.And classification management is necessary in the management of landscape soil and soil amendment.More importantly,the financial appropriation and technology research should be strengthened appropriately,standards need to be refined and optimized,and measurement methods of soil index need to be clarified to make it more clearly.The standards which meet the characteristics of landscape soil need to be proposed,and the standards need to keep pace with the times.As a means of management of landscape soil,the optimized standardization system can provide technical support for landscape soil management in China.
