摘 要:半导体光催化技术是解决能源危机和环境污染的有效手段。本文采用水热法制备了Bi_(2)O_(3)、Bi_(2)S_(3)及Bi_(2)O_(3)/Bi_(2)S_(3)复合物。以SEM、XRD等表征方法对样品进行分析,以染料为目标污染物考察了催化剂的光催化性能,并以染料的pH值和催化剂的用量以及催化剂的配比三个因素进行光催化实验,通过实验可知在催化剂对染料MB降解时,染料溶液pH值为3、催化剂为10 mg时为最优的降解效果,最大降解率可以达到96%,并提出了复合催化剂在光催化反应中的可能机理。Semiconductor photocatalysis technology is an effective means to solve the energy crisis and environmental pollution.Bi_(2)O_(3)/Bi_(2)S_(3) composites were prepared by hydrothermal method.The samples were analyzed by SEM,XRD and other characterization methods.The photocatalytic performance of the catalyst was investigated with MB as the target pollutant.The photocatalytic experiment was carried out by three factors:the pH value of methylene blue,the amount of catalyst and the ratio of catalyst.The experiment showed that during the catalyst degraded experiments,when the pH of the dye solution value was 3,the catalyst is 10 mg,and the maximum degradation rate can reach 96%.The possible mechanism of composite catalyst in photocatalytic reaction was put forward.
