摘 要:为了探明矿用通风服对着装人体的局部降温效果,揭示人体皮肤温度和通风服-衣内空间-人体构成的微系统内气候的变化特征,针对不同的通风服管路结构、通风量与人体劳动强度,采用仿真模拟法分析其对人体皮肤温度与微气候的影响特性。结果表明:横向型管路结构通风服降温效果比竖向型效果好;风量增加,竖向型通风服对人体皮肤温度的降温幅度比横向型好。2种通风服微系统内风速分布特性不同,横向型内正、背面相差很大,竖向型更均匀;风量对竖向型通风服微系统内温度的影响比横向型更明显,但横向型通风服微系统内平均温度更低。In order to explore the local cooling effect of mine ventilation clothes on the human body and reveal the characteristics of changes in human skin temperature and climate within the micro-system composed of ventilation clothes,interior space and the human body,the influence mechanism of different ventilation clothes pipeline structure,ventilation volume and human labor intensity on human skin temperature and microclimate was analyzed by simulation.The results show that the cooling effect of ventilation clothing with the transverse pipeline structure is better than that of the longitudinal one.With increasing air volume,the cooling amplitude of transverse ventilation clothing on human skin temperature is better than that of longitudinal ventilation clothing.The distribution characteristics of wind speed in the micro-system of the two kinds of ventilation suits are different.The front and back sides of the transverse type are quite different,and the longitudinal type is more uniform.The influence of air volume on the temperature in the longitudinal ventilation system is more obvious than that in the transverse ventilation system.However,the average temperature in the transverse ventilation system is lower.
