摘　　要：目的:探讨V-Y腱成形术联合Krackow缝合法治疗手术后跟腱再断裂的疗效。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年12月湘潭市中医医院收治的15例手术修复重建跟腱再断裂患者作为研究对象。均行V-Y腱成形术联合Krackow缝合法治疗,观察患者术后踝足外形及功能恢复情况。结果:术后,患者踝足外形美观评分、踝关节功能评分、美国足踝外科协会踝-后足评分和Leppilahti跟腱修复评分均高于术前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:V-Y腱成形术联合Krackow缝合法治疗手术后跟腱再断裂的效果较好。Objective:To explore the efficacy of V-Y tenoplasty combined with Krackow suture in the treatment of Achilles tendon rerupture after operation.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2020,15 patients with rerupture of Achilles tendon who underwent a restoration surgery in Xiangtan Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were all treated with V-Y tenoplasty combined with Krackow suture.The appearance and functional recovery of patient's ankle and foot were observed.Results:After operation,the appearance score of ankle and foot,ankle joint function score,American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society ankle-hindfoot score and Leppilahti Achilles tendon repair score were higher than those before operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:V-Y tenoplasty combined with Krackow suture is effective in the treatment of Achilles tendon rerupture after operation.
