摘　　要：目的:综合分析利格列汀联合阿卡波糖对老年糖尿病患者的治疗效果及对空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平的影响。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年9月山东省日照市人民医院收治的156例老年糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同分为两组,各78例。对照组单纯应用阿卡波糖治疗;试验组应用利格列汀联合阿卡波糖治疗。分析两组临床治疗效果、不良反应发生率以及治疗前后空腹血糖水平和糖化血红蛋白水平。结果:试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组空腹血糖水平和糖化血红蛋白水平高于试验组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利格列汀联合阿卡波糖对老年糖尿病患者的治疗效果显著,可降低空腹血糖水平和糖化血红蛋白水平。Objective:To comprehensively analyze the treatment effect of linagliptin combined with acarbose in elderly diabetic patients and the influence on fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels.Methods:A total of 156 elderly diabetic patients admitted to the People's Hospital of Rizhao in Shandong Province from May 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 78 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acarbose alone;the experimental group was treated with linagliptin combined with acarbose.The clinical treatment effect,incidence of adverse reactions,fasting blood glucose levels and glycosylated hemoglobin levels before and after treatment were analyzed in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the control group were higher than those in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Linagliptin combined with acarbose has a significant therapeutic effect on elderly diabetic patients,and can reduce the level of fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin.
