加味逍遥丸联合闪针乳腺病治疗仪治疗乳腺增生的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究加味逍遥丸与闪针乳腺病治疗仪联合治疗乳腺增生的效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年1月市从化区妇幼保健院收治的80例乳增生患者作为研究对象,利用计算机数字随机模型分为两组,各40例。观察组施以加味逍遥丸联合闪针乳腺病治疗仪治疗,对照组仅施以闪针乳腺病治疗仪治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、症状缓解时间及孕酮、雌激素水平变化。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组平均症状缓解时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组孕酮水平均高于治疗前,雌激素水平均低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组孕酮水平高于对照组,雌激素水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味逍遥丸联合闪针乳腺病治疗仪治疗对于乳腺增生患者具有良好的治疗效果,能够有效缩短患者病程,缓解临床症状,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effect of Jiawei Xiaoyao Pill combined with flash needle breast disease therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia.Methods:From January 2020 to January 2021,80 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands admitted to Conghua District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Guangzhou were selected as the study subjects.According to the computerized number randomization model,they were divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills combined with flash needle breast disease therapeutic apparatus,while the control group was only treated with flash needle breast disease therapeutic apparatus alone.The total effective rate,symptom relief time,and changes in progesterone and estrogen levels of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average symptom relief time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of progesterone in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of estrogen were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the progesterone level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the estrogen level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills combined with flash needle breast disease therapeutic apparatus has a good therapeutic effect on patients with mammary gland hyperplasia,it can effectively shorten the course of the disease,relieve clinical symptoms,and is worthy of promotion.
