改善肛肠病患者术后疼痛的中医护理模式研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医护理模式对改善肛肠病患者术后疼痛的效果。方法:选取2019年8月-2020年8月在湖北省丹江口市第一医院行手术治疗的124例肛肠病患者,依随机数表法将患者分为两组,各62例。常规组实施常规护理,中医组在常规组基础上实施中医护理。比较两组患者术后疼痛情况及护理满意度。结果:常规组术后第2 d、第4 d视觉模拟评分法评分均高于中医组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医组护理满意率高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对肛肠病患者,于术后采取中医护理模式能有效改善患者术后疼痛,提高患者护理满意度,值得在临床护理中推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode on improving postoperative pain in patients with anorectal disease.Methods:A total of 124 patients with anorectal disease who underwent surgical treatment in the First Hospital of Danjiangkou City,Hubei Province from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 62 cases in each group.The patients in the routine group received routine nursing care and the patients in the traditional Chinese medicine group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of the routine group.The postoperative pain changes and nursing satisfaction of patients in two groups were compared.Results:The visual analogue scale scores in the routine group on the 2nd and 4th days after operation were higher than those in the traditional Chinese medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with anorectal disease,adopting the traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode after surgery can effectively improve the postoperative pain and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing.
