环甲膜穿刺在急救中的应用与护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨呼吸困难患者在临床急救中应用环甲膜穿刺的效果,并总结护理体会。方法:收集2020年1月-2021年1月吉林市人民医院急诊科收治的90例呼吸困难患者,对其临床资料展开回顾性分析,患者均采用环甲膜穿刺开放气道,同时配合科学的护理措施,如心理建设、吸痰护理、用药指导以及穿刺口护理。观察抢救成功率与患者死亡原因。结果:90例患者中,抢救成功71例,抢救成功率78.89%。死亡19例,其中14例患者死于多器官功能衰竭,5例死于窒息。结论:针对呼吸困难患者的急救,采用环甲膜穿刺开放气道,同时配合科学、完善的护理措施,能够提高抢救成功率,最大程度地保障患者的生命安全。Objective:To explore the application effect of cricothyroid membrane puncture in clinical emergency treatment of patients with dyspnea and summarize the nursing experience.Methods:The clinical data of 90 patients with dyspnea in Jilin City People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were collected and analyzed retrospectively.All patients were treated with cricothyroid membrane puncture to open the airway.At the same time,the scientific nursing measures were given,including psychological construction,sputum suction nursing,medication guidance and puncture port nursing.The rescue success rate and the cause of death of the patients were observed.Results:Among 90 patients,71 cases were rescued successfully and the rescue success rate was 78.89%.And 19 patients died,among them 14 cases died of multiple organ failure and 5 cases died of asphyxia.Conclusion:For the first aid of patients with dyspnea,the use of cricothyroid membrane puncture to open the airway and the combination with scientific and perfect nursing measures can improve the success rate of rescue and ensure the life safety of patients to the greatest extent.
