多样化心理护理应用于乳腺癌术后化疗患者的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:分析多样化心理护理在乳腺癌术后化疗患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年1-12月广东省佛山市高明区人民医院收治的68例乳腺癌术后化疗患者的临床资料,依据不同护理方式分为两组,各34例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施多样化心理护理。比较两组干预前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分与化疗依从性。结果:干预后,两组SAS、SDS及PSQI评分均低于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组SAS、SDS及PSQI评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组化疗依从性高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:予以乳腺癌术后化疗患者多样化心理护理,能减轻其焦虑及抑郁情绪,改善其睡眠质量,提升其化疗依从性。Objective:To analyze the application effect of diversified psychological nursing in breast cancer patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy.Methods:The clinical data of 68 breast cancer patients treated with postoperative chemotherapy in Gaoming District People's Hospital of Foshan City,Guangdong Province from January 2019 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received diversified psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores and chemotherapy compliance were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:After intervention,the SAS,SDS and PSQI scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the SAS,SDS and PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The chemotherapy compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diversified psychological nursing for breast cancer patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy can reduce their anxiety and depression,improve their sleep quality,and enhance their chemotherapy compliance.
