舒适护理在肿瘤患者疼痛控制及心理情绪改善的作用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒适护理在肿瘤疼痛患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年8月-2020年8月在酒泉市人民医院肿瘤内科进行治疗的100例肿瘤疼痛患者作为研究对象,利用数字表法随机分为两组,各50例。两组均实施传统肿瘤内科护理,试验组在此基础上实施舒适护理。比较两组患者的疼痛程度评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及护理满意度。结果:护理前,两组各项疼痛程度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,试验组各项疼痛程度评分均低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组HAMA、HAMD评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,试验组HAMA、HAMD评分均低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意率高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肿瘤疼痛患者实施舒适护理,可减轻患者的疼痛程度,改善其负性情绪,提高护理满意度,值得推广应用。Objective:To study the application effect of comfort nursing in tumor patients with pain.Methods:A total of 100 tumor patients with pain treated in the Department of Oncology,Jiuquan People's Hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups by number table method,with 50 patients in each group.Both groups of patients were treated with traditional medical oncology nursing,and the experimental group was additionally treated with comfort nursing.The pain severity score,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of pain severity between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of pain severity in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing comfort nursing for tumor patients with pain can reduce the pain severity of patients,improve their negative emotions,and increase nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of popularization and application.
