摘　　要：目的:分析人文关怀护理对腹腔镜手术治疗的腹股沟斜疝患儿术后康复的影响。方法:选取2020年1-12月在深圳市儿童医院接受腹腔镜手术治疗的腹股沟斜疝患儿共70例,根据红绿双色球分为两组,各35例。对照组患儿接受常规护理干预,观察组患儿接受人文关怀护理。对比两组患儿的护理质量、疼痛情况,同时记录两组患儿的术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组患儿的护理质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿护理后的疼痛感低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗的腹股沟斜疝患儿接受人文关怀护理后,可改善临床护理质量,减轻疼痛感,并且术后并发症发生率得到有效控制,值得推广应用。Objective:To analyze the impact of humanistic care nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of children with indirect inguinal hernia treated under laparoscopic surgery.Methods:A total of 70 children with indirect inguinal hernia who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Shenzhen Children's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the red and green balls,with 35 cases in each group.Children in the control group received routine nursing interventions and children in the observation group received humanistic care nursing.The nursing quality and pain conditions of children in the two groups were compared,and the incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups was also recorded.Results:The nursing quality of children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain of children in the observation group after nursing was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After humanistic care nursing is given to children with indirect inguinal hernia treated under laparoscopic surgery,it improves the quality of clinical nursing,reduces the pain,and effectively controls the incidence of postoperative complications,which deserves the promotion and applications.
