摘　　要：目的:分析调剂管理与药学监护在药房药品管理中的应用效果。方法:上海市闵行区梅陇社区卫生服务中心于2020年在药房药品管理中实行调剂管理与药学监护,并对实行前120例患者(设为参照组,时间为2019年1-12月)、实行后120例患者(设为试验组,时间为2020年1-12月)开展研究。对比两组药品管理情况、用药差错率。结果:试验组患者取药等候时间、调剂时间及药品盘点时间均短于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组用药差错总发生率低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在医院的药房药品管理中实行调剂管理与药学监护等措施,能显著缩短患者的取药时间,降低药房的用药差错发生率,保障患者用药安全,值得推荐。Objective:To analyze the application effect of dispensing management and pharmaceutical care in pharmacy drug management.Methods:Dispensing management and pharmaceutical care were implemented in pharmacy drug management of Meilong Community Health Service Center in Minhang District of Shanghai in 2020.A total of 120 patients before the implementation(set as the reference group,from January 2019 to December 2019)and 120 patients after the implementation(set as the experimental group,from January 2020 to December 2020)were selected for research.The drug management and drug error rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The waiting time,dispensing time and drug inventory time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the reference group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the total incidence of drug errors of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of dispensing management and pharmaceutical care and other measures in hospital pharmacy drug management can significantly shorten the time for patients to take medicine,reduce the incidence of drug errors in pharmacy and ensure the medication safety of patients,which is worthy of recommendation.
