中西医多技术联合治愈动脉球囊导管取栓术后慢性难愈合创面1例报告

摘　　要：给予2020年10月湖南中医药大学第二附属医院收治的1例糖尿病合并下肢动脉硬化闭塞症动脉球囊导管取栓术后双下肢慢性难愈合创面患者采用湿润烧伤膏、负压封闭引流以及中药汤剂联合治疗,治疗100 d时,创面完全愈合。A diabetic patient with chronic refractory wounds of lower extremities after arterial balloon catheter⁃directed embolectomy for lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans,admitted into The Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine in October 2020,was treated with the combined therapy of MEBO dressing change,vacuum sealing drainage plus Chinese herb decoction.The wounds were completely healed on day 100 of treatment.
