摘　　要：头孢地尔是一种注射用新型头孢菌素类药物,利用其铁载体,以“特洛伊木马”策略,克服需氧革兰阴性菌典型的耐药机制,具有抗耐药肠杆菌目细菌及非发酵糖菌的活性,为临床治疗棘手的耐药细菌感染带来了新希望。目前FDA已批准头孢地尔用于治疗多重耐药菌所致复杂性尿路感染及医院获得性肺炎。Cefiderocol is a new type of cephalosporins for injection. It uses its siderophore to overcome the typical drug resistance mechanism of aerobic Gram-negative bacteria with activity against multi drug-resistant Enterobacterales and non-fermenting bacteia pathogens by using a “Trojan Horse” strategy,which has brought new hope for the treatment of refractory multi drug-resistant bacterial infections. At present, the FDA has approved cefiderocol for the treatment of complicated urinary tract infections and nosocomial pneumonia caused by multi-drugresistant bacilli.
