摘　　要：目的观察注射用醋酸戈舍瑞林联合化瘀消癥汤保留灌肠治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2021年1月上海市宝山区中西医结合医院妇产科门诊卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者96例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组48例和对照组48例。对照组予注射用醋酸戈舍瑞林(诺雷得)治疗,观察组采用注射用醋酸戈舍瑞林联合化瘀消癥汤保留灌肠治疗。疗程3个月。比较2组临床疗效、卵巢功能[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))]水平和中医证候积分变化。结果观察组总有效率95.83%(46/48),对照组总有效率83.33%(40/48),观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后FSH、LH和E_(2)均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后痛经、乳房胀痛和肛门坠胀积分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论注射用醋酸戈舍瑞林联合化瘀消癥汤保留灌肠治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿,能有效改善患者卵巢功能及生活质量,保证卵巢供血,临床应用价值显著。Objective To analyze the value of Goserelin acetate for injection+Huayu Xiaozheng Decoction retention enema in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst.Methods Totally 96 patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst accepted Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Baoshan District,Shanghai,from January 2018 to January 2021 were enrolled.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,48 cases in each.The control group was treated with Goserelin acetate for injection(Zoladex),and the observation group was treated with Goserelin acetate for injection+Huayu Xiaozheng Decoction retention enema.Treated for 3 months in two groups,the aiming was to compare clinical effects,ovarian function(follicle-stimulating hormone[FSH],luteinizing hormone[LH],estradiol[E_(2)])levels and TCM symptom scores.Results The overall effective rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group(95.83%[46/48]vs 83.33%[40/48],[P<0.05],respectively).After treatment,FSH,LH and E2 in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and which were lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of dysmenorrhea,breast tenderness and anal bulge in the two groups were decreased than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was more common(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst,Goserelin acetate for injection combined with Huayu Xiaozheng Decoction retention enema can effectively improve ovarian function,improve quality of life and ensure ovarian blood supply,with significant clinical value.
