浮针联合磁振热治疗海勤人员颈肩部肌筋膜疼痛效果及其对不良情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨浮针联合磁振热治疗海勤人员颈肩部肌筋膜疼痛效果及其对不良情绪的影响。方法收集某康复疗养中心2020年1月至2021年6月收治的60例海勤人员颈肩部肌筋膜疼痛患者进行研究,依据随机数字表分为研究组与对照组,两组各30例。对照组应用针灸治疗,研究组应用浮针联合磁振热治疗,比较两组患者的治疗有效率、颈椎关节活动评分、颈部功能障碍评分、疼痛评分、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分。结果治疗后,研究组的治疗总有效率96.67%高于对照组80.00%(Z=1.392,P=0.023);研究组的颈椎关节活动评分(15.58±2.17)分高于对照组(13.14±2.03)分,颈部功能障碍评分(7.22±1.55)分低于对照组(12.29±2.86)分(t=4.498,P<0.001;t=8.537,P<0.001);研究组的疼痛评分(2.25±0.68)分低于对照组(3.84±0.86)分(t=7.943,P<0.001)。研究组的SAS评分(41.15±3.53)分、SDS评分(39.16±3.03)分低于对照组(46.28±4.24)分、(41.56±3.44)分(t=5.093,P<0.001;t=2.868,P=0.006)。结论浮针联合磁振热治疗海勤人员颈肩部肌筋膜疼痛的效果确切,可改善患者的疼痛症状、颈椎关节活动度、颈部功能及不良情绪。Objective To explore the effect of floating needle combined with magnetic resonance hyperthermia in the treatment of neck and shoulder myofascial pain in marine personnel and its effect on bad mood.Methods A total of 60 patients with neck and shoulder myofascia pain in marine personnel admitted to a Rehabilitation Center from January 2020 to June 2021 were collected for this study.According to the random number table,they were divided into study group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,and the research group was treated with floating needle combined with magnetic resonance hyperthermia therapy.The treatment efficiency,cervical joint activity score,cervical dysfunction score,pain score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score of 2 groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the study group was 96.67%higher than that in the control group 80.00%(Z=1.392,P=0.023).The cervical joint activity score of the study group(15.58±2.17)was higher than that of the control group(13.14±2.03),and the cervical dysfunction score of the study group(7.22±1.55)was lower than that of the control group(12.29±2.86)(t=4.498,P<0.001;t=8.537,P<0.001);The pain score of the study group(2.25±0.68)was lower than that of the control group(3.84±0.86)(t=7.943,P<0.001).SAS score(41.15±3.53)and SDS score(39.16±3.03)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(46.28±4.24)and(41.56±3.44)(t=5.093,P<0.001;t=2.868,P=0.006).Conclusion Floating needle combined with magnetic resonance hyperthermia has a definite effect on the treatment of neck and shoulder myofascial pain in marine personnel,which can improve the pain symptoms,cervical joint range of motion,neck function and adverse emotions of patients.
