摘 要:由于奶牛分娩后泌乳启动,通过泌乳流失大量的钙,导致奶牛发生低血钙症的风险一直位居产后代谢疾病的榜首。一直以来,研究人员围绕奶牛围产期的生理特点及钙稳态调节机制对奶牛低血钙症做了大量的研究。本文整合了近年来关于奶牛低血钙症的发病机理及防控措施的一些研究进展,尤其对当前国内应用较为普遍的阴离子盐方案,结合实践经验做了一些梳理,为进一步研究提供参考。Due to the onset of lactation after parturition,cows lose a large amount of calcium through lactation,which exceeds the regulatory range of calcium homeostasis mechanism,leading to the risk of hypocalcemia has always been at the top of postpartum metabolic diseases in cows.For a long time,researchers have done a lot of research on hypocalcemia in dairy cows by focusing on the physiological characteristics during the transition period and the regulation mechanism of calcium homeostasis.The present review aims at integrating recent scientific progress about hypocalcemia pathogenesis and prevention strategies,especially for the anionic salt strategy which is widely used in China,combined with practical experience,so as to provide reference for further research.
