摘　　要：为掌握新疆莎车县不同养殖方式下牛O型口蹄疫免疫水平,科学指导各乡镇进一步提高免疫质量,采用LPB-ELISA检测方法对全县2021年上半年牛O型口蹄疫免疫抗体进行了检测。结果显示,县规模养殖和散养方式的牛O型口蹄疫免疫抗体合格率分别为80.43%、82.17%,均达到了农业农村部所要求的70%标准,被检31个乡镇的规模养殖和散养方式的牛O型口蹄疫免疫抗体达标率分别为87.10%、77.42%。研究表明,新疆莎车县牛O型口蹄疫免疫质量总体良好,免疫工作开展扎实有效,但个别乡镇的免疫水平不高,仍需加强免疫。In order to understand the immune level of bovine foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)type O in different breeding modes in Shache County,and scientifically guide townships to further improve the quality of immunization,the immune antibody of bovine FMD type O was detected by LPB-ELISA in the first half of 2021.The results showed that the qualified rates of FMD type O immune antibody in large-scale and scattered cattle were 80.43%and 82.17%respectively,which met the 70%standard required by the Ministry of agriculture and rural affairs,the compliance rates of FMD type O immune antibody in large-scale and scattered cattle in 31 townships were 87.10%and 77.42%respectively.The research shows that the immunization quality of bovine FMD type O in Shache County is generally good,and the immunization work is carried out solidly and effectively,but the immunization level of individual townships is not high,so the immunization still needs to be strengthened.
