“双循环”新发展格局下我国国际科技合作绩效影响机制研究

摘　　要：“双循环”新发展格局为我国国际科技合作提出了全新的要求。如何抓住新发展格局下的机遇,突破“瓶颈期”,从而最大化促进国际科技合作,这对成果转化与技术转移显得尤为重要。为探究“双循环”新发展格局下我国国际科技合作绩效的影响因素与影响机制,基于问卷调研数据,构建了结构方程模型并进行检验,结果表明:科研条件不仅对合作绩效有直接的正向影响,还可以通过合作意愿、合作行为的中介效应,以及两者的链式中介影响合作绩效,此外,国际科技合作的政策环境能够负向调节科研条件对合作绩效的正向影响。基于实证研究结果,提出了提升国际科技合作绩效的相关建议。The dual circulation development pattern has put forward new requirements for the international scientific and technological cooperation in China.It is crucial to maximize the achievement transformation of international scientific and technological cooperation by seizing opportunities of the dual circulation development pattern and break through the“bottleneck period”.In order to explore the influencing factors and mechanism of the international scientific and technological cooperation performance in China with the dual circulation development pattern,a structural equation model is developed by collecting data from questionnaire survey.The results show that research conditions not only have a significant positive and direct impact on cooperation performance,but also affect cooperation performance through the mediating effect of cooperative willingness,cooperation behavior and their chain mediating effect.The policy environment of international science and technology cooperation can negatively moderate the positive effect of research conditions on cooperation performance.Based on the empirical research results,several suggestions are put forward to improve the performance of international science and technology cooperation.
