摘 要:目的分析Galectin-3、血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)、分泌型卷曲相关蛋白1(SFRP1)在宫颈鳞癌、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)及宫颈炎组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采集2016年7月至2020年8月在该院手术切除并经手术病理组织学证实为宫颈鳞癌标本57份,因CIN而行宫颈椎切或子宫全切的宫颈组织标本57份,另选取48份慢性宫颈炎活检标本;采用免疫组织化学法检测宫颈鳞癌、CIN及宫颈炎组织中Galectin-3、VEGF-C、SFRP1阳性表达率,并分析其与宫颈鳞癌、CIN临床病理特征的关系。结果(1)Galectin-3、VEGF-C阳性表达率在宫颈鳞癌、CIN、宫颈炎组织中依次降低(P<0.05);而宫颈鳞癌、CIN中SFRP1阳性表达则较宫颈炎组织均明显下降(P<0.05);(2)Galectin-3、VEGF-C阳性表达率随国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)分期及CIN分级增加而上升,且低分化程度组织阳性表达率高于中分化及高分化组织,CINⅢ级阳性表达率高于Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移的宫颈鳞癌组织与无淋巴结转移的宫颈鳞癌组织中Galectin-3阳性表达率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而有淋巴结转移的宫颈鳞癌组织中VEGF-C阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移的宫颈鳞癌组织中VEGF-C蛋白阳性表达率(P<0.05);(3)SFRP1在宫颈鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率则随FIGO分期增加而下降,且低分化组织阳性表达率低于中分化及高分化组织,有淋巴结转移组织阳性表达率低于无淋巴结转移组织(P<0.05),同时不同分级的CIN中SFRP1阳性表达率虽差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但CINⅢ级组织中SFRP1阳性表达率低于Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级(P<0.05)。结论Galectin-3、VEGF-C高阳性表达、SFRP1低阳性表达或与宫颈鳞癌FIGO分期、组织学分化程度、淋巴结转移及CIN分级有一定关联性,仍需进一步深入探究。Objective To analyze the expression of Galectin-3,vascular endothelial growth factor C(VEGF-C)and secretory frizzled related protein 1(SFRP1)in cervical squamous carcinoma,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)and cervicitis tissues and their clinical significance.Methods A total of 57 cases of cervical squamous carcinoma tissue specimens which were resected by surgery and confirmed by surgery and histopathology,57 cases of cervical tissue specimens resected by cervical conization or hysterectomy for CIN and 48 cases of chronic cervicitis specimens were collected from patients who were admitted to the hospital from July 2016 to August 2020.The positive expression rates of Galectin-3,VEGF-C and SFRP1 in cervical squamous carcinoma,CIN and cervicitis tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method,and their relationship with clinicopathological features of cervical squamous carcinoma and CIN was analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of Galectin-3,VEGF-C and SFRP1 showed a decrease trend in cervical squamous carcinoma,CIN,cervicitis tissues(P<0.05),while the positive expression rate of SFRP1 was significantly lower in cervical squamous carcinoma and CIN than that in cervicitis tissues(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of Galectin-3 and VEGF-C increased with the increase of FIGO stage and CIN classification,and the positive expression rate was higher in poorly differentiated tissues than in moderately differentiated and highly differentiated tissues,and higher in CIN grade Ⅲ than that in grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ(P<0.05).There was no difference in the positive expression rate of Galectin-3 between the cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues with lymph node metastasis and those without lymph node metastasis(P>0.05),while the positive expression rate of VEGF-C in the cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues with lymph node metastasis was higher than that without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of SFRP1 in cervical squamous carcinoma decreased with the increase of FIGO stage,and t
