摘　　要：目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶14(MMP-14)、基质金属蛋白酶13(MMP-13)与慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心室重构的关系。方法选取2019年5月至2021年5月该院收治的83例CHF患者为观察组,选取同期健康体检人群41例作为对照组。比较两组MMP-14、MMP-13水平、心室重构指标的差异,以及不同心功能分级患者MMP-14、MMP-13水平及心室重构指标的差异,分析MMP-14、MMP-13与CHF患者心室重构的关系。结果观察组MMP-14、MMP-13水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);心功能Ⅳ级患者MMP-14、MMP-13水平明显高于心功能Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级患者(P<0.05),心功能Ⅲ级患者MMP-14、MMP-13水平明显高于Ⅱ级患者(P<0.05)。观察组左心房内径(LAD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVDd)、右心室内径(RVD)、左心室质量指数(LVMI)明显高于对照组(P<0.05),左心室短轴缩短率(LVFS)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)明显低于对照组(P<0.05);心功能Ⅳ级患者LAD、LVDd、RVD、LVMI明显高于心功能Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级患者,LVFS、LVEF明显低于心功能Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级患者(P<0.05);心功能Ⅲ级患者LAD、LVDd、RVD、LVMI明显高于Ⅱ级患者,LVFS、LVEF明显低于心功能Ⅱ级患者(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析表明,MMP-14、MMP-13水平与LAD、LVDd、RVD、LVMI呈正相关(r>0,P<0.001),与LVFS、LVEF呈负相关(r<0,P<0.001)。结论CHF患者体内MMP-14、MMP-13存在异常高表达,二者随心功能分级升高而升高,且与心室重构存在明显相关性。Objective To explore the relationship between matrix metalloproteinase 14(MMP-14)and matrix metalloproteinase 13(MMP-13)and ventricular remodeling in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 83 patients with CHF admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.During the same period,41 healthy patients were selected as the control group.The differences in the levels of MMP-14 and MMP-13,the differences in ventricular remodeling indexes,and the differences in the levels of MMP-14,MMP-13 and ventricular remodeling indexes in different cardiac function grades between the two groups of patients were compared,and the relationship between MMP-14,MMP-13 and ventricular remodeling in patients with CHF was analyzed.Results The levels of MMP-14 and MMP-13 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of MMP-14 and MMP-13 in patients with cardiac function grade Ⅳ were significantly higher than those in patients with cardiac function grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P<0.05).The levels of MMP-14 and MMP-13 in patients with cardiac function grade Ⅲ were significantly higher than those in patients with cardiac function grade Ⅱ(P<0.05).Left atrial diameter(LAD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVDd),right ventricular diameter(RVD)and left ventricular mass index(LVMI)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and left ventricular short axis shortening rate(LVFS),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).LAD,LVDd,RVD and LVMI of patients with cardiac function grade Ⅳ were significantly higher than those of patients with cardiac function grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ,and LVFS and LVEF were significantly lower than patients with cardiac function grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis results showed that the levels of MMP-14 and MMP-13 were positively correlated with LAD,LVDd,RVD,and LVMI(r>0,P<0.001),and ne
