摘　　要：目的:观察三氧气针对腰椎间盘突出症患者血清TNF-α、β-内啡肽(β-EP)水平及疼痛的影响,并探讨三氧气针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的作用机制。方法:将58例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组29例,对照组采用常规电针治疗,治疗组采用三氧气针治疗,共治疗4周。比较两组患者治疗前后血清中前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))、TNF-α、β-EP水平及VAS评分的变化,以及治疗后的临床有效率。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组比较,治疗组患者VAS评分、PGE_(2)、TNF-α水平明显降低,β-EP水平明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三氧气针治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者,疗效确切,可为临床诊疗提供一种新方法。Objective:To observe the effect of trioxygen acupuncture on serum TNF-α,β-endorphin(β-EP)levels and pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation,and to explore the mechanism of action of trioxygen acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 58 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional electroacupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with trioxygen acupuncture for a total of 4 weeks.The serum levels of inflammatory cytokines prostaglandin E_(2)(PGE_(2)),TNF-α,β-EP and VAS scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical effective rate after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the VAS score,PGE_(2) and TNF-α levels in the treatment group were significantly decreased,and theβ-EP level was significantly increased.Conclusion:Trioxygen acupuncture in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation is effective,which can provide a new method for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
