以乳腺疾病为例浅谈刺血拔罐法治疗阴证的应用

摘　　要：刺血拔罐疗法广泛应用于各科疾病,以乳腺疾病为例,不仅适用于急性乳腺炎等局部红肿热痛的阳证性疾患,也应用于浆细胞性乳腺炎、肉芽肿性乳腺炎、乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿等阴证性疾患。其可祛瘀生新,使经络通畅,气血调和,阳气得复。Blood-letting puncture and cupping is widely used in various diseases.In terms of breast disease,blood-letting puncture and cupping can not only be used in acute mastitis and other diseases of Yang syndrome with local redness,swelling,heat and pain,but also used in diseases of Yin syndrome,such as plasma cell mastitis,granulomatous mastitis with prolonged unhealed wound,upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer,etc.Blood-letting puncture and cupping has the function of eliminating blood stasis and promoting tissue regeneration,smoothing the meridians,regulating Qi and nourishing blood,and recovering Yang Qi.
