摘　　要：从象思维角度,对背俞指针疗法的藏象理论构建、手法之象、节奏频次之象及四时之象等进行系统的整理分析。将红外热像技术与五运六气理论相融合,通过象思维指导的背俞指针疗法,发现契合当下的运气格局的“开穴”方式,并在临床治疗中取得明显疗效。“以象补藏”的“五行藏象中医外治疗法”为中医非药物疗法的运用提供了新思路和新方向。There is a relative paucity of researches on symbol thinking in non-medication therapy despite the fact that it is one of the most common ways of thinking of Chinese medicine.Based on symbol thinking,this article aims to analyze the acupuncture therapy with finger on back-shu point from the perspectives of theoretical construction of vicera theory,manual therapy,rhythm and four seasons.Combining infrared thermography with five elements'motion and six natural factors theory,open point manipulation in accordance with the present five elements'motion is found and prominent curative effect is obtained in clinic treatment.Thereby external therapy using Xiang to tonify Zang provides new ideas for application of non-medication therapy in Chinese medicine.
