摘　　要：本文结合标准GB 17761—2018《电动自行车安全技术规范》规定的车速提示音测试技术方法,研究电动自行车产品车速提示音检测现状、不合格因素分析以及整改技术分析。一方面总结目前产品性能现状,另一方面归纳产品检测不合格的原因,分析产品不合格的影响因素,深入结合日常试验过程中的相关数据,有针对性的开展样车质量整改,总结整改经验,形成技术积累。对公司检测服务能力的提升具有重要意义,为电动自行车生产企业和行业技术发展提供有力的参考。This paper introduces the current situation of test for speed beep sounds of electric bicycle,analysis on unqualified factors and rectification technology based on GB 17761-2018 Safety technical specification for electric bicycle.On the one hand,it includes the current status of product performance,and on the other hand,it summarizes the reasons for unqualified products,analyzes the influencing factors of unqualified products.It deeply analyzes the targeted quality rectification of prototype vehicles based on relevant data in the daily test process and summarize rectification experience to form technical accumulation.It is of great significance to the improvement of the company's testing service capabilities,and provides a powerful reference for the development of electric bicycle manufacturers and industry technology.
