摘  要:目的 研制一套由自动导引车(AGV)、自动调平系统和自动对接机构组成的野战医疗方舱自动对接系统,实现方舱快速、高效部署。方法 采用基于组合导航的方舱转运AGV转运方舱至对接位置;采用自动调平技术与激光测距技术相结合的方法实现两舱精准协同调平;运用自动对接机构实现两舱的自动对接。结果 经试验验证,研制的自动对接系统的两舱对接精度≤5 mm(水平、垂直方向),自动对接时间≤2 min,自动调平时间≤3 min。结论野战医疗方舱自动对接系统实现了野战方舱医院系统部署的智能化,显著提升了方舱部署速度,极大增强了其快速部署能力,将为提高我军卫勤保障能力发挥重要的作用。Objective To develope an automatic docking system for field medical shelters that consist of an automatic guided vehicle(AGV),automatic leveling system and automatic docking mechanism in order to achieve rapid and efficient deployment of shelters. Methods A shelter-transporting AGV based on integrated was used to transport shelters to the docking position. The automatic leveling technology and laser ranging technology were combined to achieve accurate leveling of the two shelters. The automatic docking mechanism was used to accomplish the automatic docking of the two shelters. Results The experimental results showed that the precision of the automatic docking system was less than 5 mm(horizontal and vertical direction),the automatic docking time was less than 2 min,and the automatic leveling time was less than 3 min. Conclusion The automatic docking system for field medical shelters achieves intelligent deployment of field hospital systems,significantly improves the deployment speed of field medical shelters,and plays an extremely important role in improving the medical support capability.
