摘 要:目的 了解装甲兵实弹射击训练对炮长神经行为能力的影响,为提升军事作业效能提供指导意见。方法2019年6月跟训某学院装甲实弹射击训练,采用中文第3版神经行为测试评价系统(NES-C3)分别对71名学员教练射击前后、79名学员考核射击前后的神经行为能力进行测试。结果 与射击前相比,教练射击后,炮长的系列加减、视觉保留和运动视觉等能力指数均明显下降(P<0.05),而视简单反应能力显著上升(P<0.05)。经过6 d的射击训练,在考核射击后,炮长视简单反应能力显著上升(P<0.05)。与教练射击相比,考核射击后系列加减和运动视觉神经行为能力指数明显增强(P<0.05)。结论 装甲兵实弹射击作业对炮长的神经行为能力影响较大,通过实弹射击训练能明显提升装甲兵实弹射击的神经行为能力。Objective To determine the effect of live-fire training of armored forces on neurobehavioral abilities of gunners,and to provide guidance for improving military operational effectiveness. Methods In June 2019,Live-fire training of armored forces was organized by an academy,during which the neurobehavioral abilities of 71 trainees before and after first shooting and 79 trainees before and after test shooting were evaluated using the computerized neurobehavioral evaluation system-Chinese third edition(NES-C3). Results After the first shooting,the gunners′ ability indices of serial addition and subtraction,visual retention and motion vision decreased significantly(P<0.05),while those of visual simple reaction time increased significantly(P<0.05). After 6 days of shooting training,the gunners′ ability indices of visual simple reaction time increased significantly(P<0.05). Compared with those after the first shooting,the gunners′ ability indices of serial addition and subtraction and motion vision increased significantly(P<0.05)after the test shooting.Conclusion The live-fire operation in armored forces has a great influence on the neurobehavioral abilities of gunners and live-fire training can obviously improve these abilities of armored forces.
