摘 要:热习服(HA)是机体在长期反复的热作用下出现的一系列适应性反应,是有效预防热损伤的一种重要措施。该综述介绍了军事作业中HA的概念、特征及影响因素,重点分析了HA的训练策略及训练效果。在军事作业领域,应通过科学有效的专业训练方法增强军队人员的身体功能,以提高在高温等环境中的作业效能,并根据不同军兵种所从事的行业、环境和个体差异选择不同的适应训练方案是今后研究的重点内容。Heat acclimatization(HA)is an adaptive response of the body under long-term repeated heat exposure,which an important means to prevent thermal injury. This review introduces the concept,characteristics and influence factors of HA during military operations,focusing on training starategies and training performance of HA. In the field of military operations,the physical functions of military personnel can be enhanced using scientific and effective professional training methods so that their work ability can be improved in high temperatures and other environments. Future research should focus on ways to select different adaptation training programs according to the environment and individual differences.
