摘 要:针对渤海J油田聚合物驱油实施过程中配液气泡导致注入压力偏高、聚合物降解、地面设备管道及地下管柱腐蚀等问题,开展了聚合物驱油配液除氧技术研究。通过室内评价实验优选出除氧剂BHJ3-N,筛选出其最佳使用质量浓度为200~250 mg/L,可降低聚合物溶液中氧含量至1 mg/L以内,除氧后,气泡消泡时间缩短至1 h,聚合物溶液具有长期稳定性。在J油田现场试验期间,井口聚合物溶液除氧率高达90%,平均注入压力降低0.26 MPa,平均增注4.02 m^(3)/d,表现出降压增注的效果。综合室内评价实验和现场试验结果,除氧剂BHJ3-N能有效解决渤海J油田聚合物驱油实施过程中配液存在的问题,可在渤海油田推广应用。In view of the problems of high injection pressure,polymer degradation and corrosion of surfaceequipment pipelines and underground pipe strings caused by bubbles in polymer flooding in Bohai J oilfield,the technology of polymer flooding and deaeration was studied. The deoxidant BHJ3-N was selected through in-door evaluation experiment,and the optimal concentration was selected as 200-250 mg/L,which could reducethe oxygen content in the polymer solution to less than 1 mg/L. The bubble defoaming time was shortened to 1h,and the polymer solution had better long-term stability,During the field test of J oilfield,the deoxidizationrate of polymer solution at the wellhead was as high as 90%,the average injection pressure was reduced by0.26 MPa,and the average injection was increased by 4.02 m^(3)/d,showing the effect of reducing pressure andincreasing injection. Based on the results of indoor evaluation experiment and field test,the deaerator BHJ3-Ncan effectively solve the problems existing in the implementation of polymer flooding in Bohai J oilfield,andcan be popularized and applied in Bohai J oilfield.
