摘  要:杨庄滞洪区位于淮河支流洪汝河上游,是洪汝河防洪体系的重要组成部分,起着十分重要的作用,运用滞洪区进行洪水有效调度,关系着流域的防洪安全。为保障滞洪区内群众生命财产安全,缓和行蓄洪与群众生产生活的矛盾,保证及时有效的运用滞洪区以有效的防御大洪水,确保流域防洪安全,最大限度地减少洪水灾害损失,保障流域社会经济健康发展,对滞洪区进行全面规划、综合治理,加强滞洪区建设。Yangzhuang flood detention area is located in the upper reaches of Hongru River, a tributary of the Huaihe River. It is an important part of the flood control system and plays a very important role. Using the flood detention area for effective flood control is related to the flood control safety of the river basin. To ensure the safety of people’s lives and property in flood detention area,ease the contradiction between flood storage and production, ensure the timely and effective use of flood detention area to effectively prevent major floods, ensure flood control safety of the basin, minimize flood loss, ensure the healthy social and economic development of the basin, it comprehensively plan and manage the flood detention area, and strengthen the construction of the flood detention area..
