摘　　要：文章在全面梳理引滦枢纽工程信息化建设现状的基础上,对标水利改革发展对信息化建设提出的新要求、智慧水利建设的新目标深入分析存在的差距,提出了建设的总目标、整体框架,探讨了建设任务和实施的路径,为引滦枢纽工程信息化建设实施提供了思路。An in-depth analysis of the existing gap between the new requirements of the standard water conservancy reform and development and the new goals of the intelligent water conservancy construction is made in this paper, on the basis of a comprehensive review of the current situation of information construction of the Luanhe Water Diversion Project. The general goal and the overall framework of the construction is put forward in this paper. In addition, the construction task and the implementation path are discussed, which provides ideas for the implementation of the information construction of Luanhe Diversion Project.
