摘　　要：隐球菌是一种机会性致病真菌,主要侵犯中枢神经系统,引起致命性的隐球菌脑膜炎。本文就隐球菌侵袭中枢神经系统机制的研究进展作一综述,旨在为隐球菌脑膜炎的诊断与治疗提供新思路。Cryptococcus,an opportunistic pathogenic fungus,mainly invades the central nervous system and causes fatal cryptococcal meningitis.In this paper,the mechanism of Cryptococcus infection in the central nervous system is reviewed,so as to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of cryptococcal meningitis.
