摘　　要：目的了解重庆市现制现售饮用水卫生管理、设备与水质卫生等基本情况,为制定重庆市现制现售饮用水卫生规范(地方标准)采集数据,提供依据。方法采用自设的调查表由经统一培训后的卫生监督人员对辖区内现制现售饮用水设备展开摸底调查,对314台设备开展现场督查,采用随机抽样方法抽取46台现制现售饮用水设备进行水质检测。结果85.7%的设备为反渗透型设备,14.3%的设备为一般型设备(含超纳滤芯设备);78.3%的设备集中分布于居民小区;94.9%的设备持有效卫生许可证;73.2%的设备向当地卫生部门进行报备;85.7%设备使用年限不超过4年,98.4%的设备外观整洁无损坏。共采集92份现制现售饮用水进水和出水水样,合格61份,总合格率为66.3%。进水和出水水质合格率分别为76%、56.5%,二者差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.94,P<0.05)。结论重庆市现制现售饮用水卫生状况不容乐观,企业缺乏统一的管理标准,缺乏相应的法律法规为执法人员开展卫生监督提供监管支持。Object To understand the basic situation of hygiene management,equipment and water quality of Made-on-site Pure Water in Chongqing,and provide a basis for collecting data for formulating the hygienic specifications(local standards)of Made-on-site Pure Water in Chongqing.Methods The self-designed questionnaire was used to carry out a thorough investigation on Made-on-site Pure Water equipment within the jurisdiction by uniformly trained health supervisors,conducted on-site supervision on 314 equipment,and randomly sampled 46 existing Made-on-site Pure Water equipment for water quality inspection.Results 85.7%are reverse osmosis equipment,14.3%are general equipment(Includ ultra nano filter type equipment);78.3%are concentrated in residential areas;94.9%of the equipment had valid hygiene license;73.2%of the equipment reported to the local health department;85.7%of the equipment has a service life of no more than 4 years,and 98.4%of the equipment has a clean and undamaged appearance.A total of 92 inlet and outlet water samples were collected,of which 61 were qualified,with a total qualified rate of 66.3%.The qualified rates of inlet and outlet water were 76%and 56.5%,and the difference showed statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.94,P<0.05).Conclusions The sanitary status of Made-on-site Pure Water in Chongqing is not optimistic,operators lack unified management standards,and law enforcers lack corresponding laws and regulations to provide regulatory support for health supervision.
