摘  要:银屑病是一种常见的慢性、复发性、炎症性皮肤病。其病因是由于免疫因素、遗传因素、感染因素、环境因素、精神因素等共同作用的结果。免疫系统和神经系统之间存在着相互联系。免疫系统中的T细胞、角质形成细胞、树突状细胞等的相互作用参与了银屑病的病理机制。而神经系统通过神经肽和神经递质的合成、化学介质及其受体的全身或原位表达的改变与免疫系统作用,进一步引发神经源性炎症,影响疾病的活动。文章对降钙素基因相关肽(calcitonin gene-related peptide,CGRP)在银屑病神经免疫中的作用进行概述。Psoriasis is a chronic,recurrent and inflammatory skin disease.Its etiology is the result of the joint action immune factors,genetic factors,infectious factors,environmental factors and mental factors.There is a connection between the immune system and the nervous system.The interaction among T cells,keratinocytes and dendritic cells in the immune system is involved in the pathogenesis mechanism of psoriasis.The nervous system interacts with the immune system through the synthesis of neuropeptides and neurotransmitters,the changes of systemic or in situ expression of chemical mediators and their receptors,which further leads to neurogenic inflammation and affects the activity of disease.This paper reviews the role of calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)in neuroimmunity of psoriasis.
