摘  要:目的 了解太原市新生儿健康现状和分布特征。方法 通过太原市出生监测系统收集2020年太原市常住孕妇分娩的新生儿信息,描述性分析太原市新生儿健康状况的各项指标。结果 2020年太原市性别比为109.26;剖宫产率为44.26%;产次为1次的比例为58.89%;单胎男婴平均体重为3371.24 g,平均身长为50.19 cm,单胎女婴相应指标值分别为3272.85 g、49.83 cm;单胎早产儿发生率为5.40%;单胎低体重儿发生率为3.99%;围生儿死亡率为5.41‰;出生缺陷发生率为108.34/万。结论 太原市卫生部门需加强三级预防措施,控制出生性别比,减少非必要剖宫产,避免各种不良妊娠结局的发生,从而提高太原市出生人口素质。Objective To understand the health status and distribution characteristics of newborns in Taiyuan city. Methods The neonatal information of permanent resident pregnant women in Taiyuan city in 2020 was collected through the birth monitoring system of Taiyuan city, and descriptive analysis was made on various indicators of newborn health status in Taiyuan city. Results In 2020,the sex ratio of was 109.26 in Taiyuan city;The rate of cesarean section was 44.26%;The proportion of parity once was 58.89%;The average weight of single male births was 3 371.24 g and the average length was 50.19 cm, the average weight and length for single female births were 3 272.85 g and 49.83 cm, respectively;the prematurity rate of single births was 5.40%;the incidence of low birth weight in single births was 3.99%;the perinatal mortality was 5.41‰;the incidence of birth defects was 108.34/104. Conclusion The health department of Taiyuan city should strengthen the tertiary prevention measures to control the sex ratio at birth, reduce unnecessary cesarean section and avoid the occurrence of various adverse pregnancy outcomes, so as to improve the quality of the newborn population in Taiyuan.
