摘 要:人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)在人群中感染广泛, 但主要影响免疫力低下的人群。作为固有免疫的重要组分, 干扰素在早期抗病毒免疫中具有关键作用。然而, HCMV庞大的基因组使其能够合成多种蛋白组分, 甚至可利用宿主细胞自身成分共同参与抵抗干扰素信号的抗病毒免疫应答, 最终在宿主体内形成长期潜伏感染。现就HCMV在逃避宿主干扰素信号方面的研究进展作一综述。The human cytomegalovirus(HCMV)infection is widespread in the world,which mainly affects people with an insufficient immunity.Interferon is an important member involved in the innate immune,which is of great significance in the early antiviral response.Owing to the huge genome,HCMV expresses various proteins that resist the host immune response effectively.Moreover,HCMV also exploits host cells to resist the immune response of interferon,thus escaping from the host immune response and establishing a latent infection.This study aims to review the research progress of HCMV in escaping from the host interferon response.
