摘　　要：含有β肾上腺素受体激动药妥洛特罗的透皮贴剂是世界上第一种皮肤用长效支气管扩张药。本研究结合国内外妥洛特罗贴剂的上市及仿制情况,从处方工艺、质量控制等方面对妥洛特罗贴剂的药学研究现状进行综述。Transdermal tulobuterol patch,which contains a β-adrenergic receptor-specific agonist,is the first long-acting bronchodilator that can be used as a transdermal patch.This paper traces the prescription and technology of the original patches and combs the research progress at home and abroad to provide ideas for the development of domestic generic tulobuterol patches.
