摘　　要：微针技术在皮肤病治疗中有独特的应用前景,具有自我给药、无痛微创、药物直达病灶、可控释药等特点,是皮肤治疗领域的研究热点,治疗优势明显。本综述着重介绍了微针在皮肤色斑、皮肤瘢痕、银屑病、皮肤损伤、皮癣等疾病的国内外治疗中的研究进展,并从药物、微针材料、疗效评价等方面详细论述,以期为皮肤病的治疗研究提供参考。Featured by self-administration,painless and minimally invasive surgery,direct drug delivery to the nidus,and controllable drug release,the microneedle technique enjoys a unique application prospect in treating dermatoses.Hence,it has become a research hotspot in dermatologic therapy and shows obvious therapeutic advantages.This review focuses on introducing the progress of researches at home and abroad on the treatment of hyperpigmentation,cicatrix,psoriasis,skin injury and tinea by microneedles,and further elaborates the perspectives of medicines,microneedle materials,and evaluations on therapeutic effects to provide a reference for skin disease treatment research.
