摘 要:文中介绍了一种采用全硬件电路方法设计的模块化电路,主要针对航空电磁发射机的动态峰值电流实时检测和有效控制。该设计采用专用的集成芯片进行实时采样保持真峰值电流的方法,主要由峰值采样同步脉冲发生电路、绝对值电路与峰值采样保持电路三部分模块构成。通过改变不同的充电频率和充电脉宽,得到所对应的峰值电流,对比真实值与模块电路显示值可得,该电路实现了实时检测发射机的动态峰值电流,最大偏差为2.8 A。该模块电路既可以应用于航空电磁发射机电路中,又可以应用于周期性信号的峰值数据检测电路中,为发射机系统的稳定运行提供了保障。The article introduces a modular circuit designed with a full hardware circuit method for real⁃time detection and effective control of the peak value of the dynamic emission current of the aviation electromagnetic transmitter.A dedicated integrated chip for real⁃time sampling and holding true peak current is adopted in the design,which is mainly composed of three parts:peak sampling synchronous pulse generating circuit,absolute value circuit and peak sampling and holding circuit.By changing different charging frequencies and charging pulse widths,the corresponding peak currents can be obtained.It can be concluded by comparing the real value with the displayed value of the module circuit that the circuit realizes the real⁃time detection of the dynamic peak current of the transmitter,and the maximum deviation is 2.8 A.This module circuit can not only be used in the circuit of the aviation electromagnetic transmitter,but also in the peak data detection circuit of the periodic signal,providing real⁃time security guarantee for the stable operation of the system.
