摘  要:要徐州近代建筑的整体空间环境融合着外来文化、战争文化、地域文化、建筑文化、名人文化等相关的历史文化信息,是聚集文化遗产价值的场所。该文从价值认知的视角切入对徐州近代建筑遗产的保护策略的探讨,以价值认知为导向,从文物本体、文物内涵和周边环境等方面理解李家大楼的真实性和完整性价值,使李家大楼为代表的近代建筑遗产价值得到系统清晰的认知,最后从最小干预原则、真实性和完整性的视角提出对李家大楼的保护策略,以期李家大楼能够得到普遍的价值认同,在一定程度上保护历史风貌和文化特征的基础上实现再利用,亦对类似遗产空间的延续与发展有所裨益。The overall space environment of Xuzhou’s modern architecture is a place where foreign culture,war culture,regional culture,architectural culture,celebrity culture and other relevant historical and cultural information are integrated,and it is a place where cultural heritage values are gathered.From the perspective of value cognition,we explore the protection strategy of Xuzhou’s modern architectural heritage.Guided by value cognition,we understand the authenticity and integrity value of Lijia Building from the aspects of cultural relics,cultural relics and surrounding environment,so that the value of the modern architectural heritage represented by Lijia Building has been systematically and clearly recognized.Finally,the protection strategy for the Lijia Building is proposed from the perspective of the principle of minimum intervention,authenticity and integrity,in the hope that Lijia Building can gain universal value recognition.The realization of reuse on the basis of protecting the historical features and cultural characteristics to a certain extent is also beneficial to the continuation and development of similar heritage spaces.
