基于数据挖掘技术分析王幸栓主任中医师治疗眩晕的用药规律

摘　　要：目的利用中医传承辅助平台探讨王幸栓主任中医师治疗眩晕病的处方用药规律。方法收集遂宁市中医院2019年1月-2021年1月王幸栓主任中医师门诊初诊眩晕病的中药处方,运用中医传承辅助平台(V3.0)软件建立数据库,应用频次分析、关联规则分析等数据挖掘方法分析其用药经验。结果共纳入210首中药处方,高频药物17味,性偏寒,以苦、甘为主;前3位药物归经为脾、肺、肝,以补虚药为主;涉及核心药物11味,包括半夏、黄芩、柴胡等,强关联中药组合30个,包括半夏-黄芩、黄芩-柴胡、泽泻-白术等,核心中药组合4个,如半夏-天麻-柴胡。结论王幸栓主任中医师治疗眩晕用药方以止晕一号方、止晕二号方为主,以化痰降浊,活血祛瘀,补气升清,和解表里等为主要治法,可有效缓解眩晕,临床疗效满意。Objective To explore the prescription medication rules of chief physician WANG Xing-shuan in the treatment of vertigo by TCM inheritance support platform.Methods The prescriptions of Chinese medicine for newly diagnosed vertigo in the outpatient department of chief physician WANG Xing-shuan of Suining Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2021 were collected.The database was established by using the software of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform(V3.0).The medication experience was analyzed by using data mining methods such as frequency analysis and association rule analysis.Results A total of 210 TCM prescriptions were included,with 17 high-frequency herbal medicines that were cold in nature,with the flavour being bitter and sweet-based;additionally,the top three herbal medicines had three channel tropism,including spleen channel,lung channel and liver channel,mainly for tonifying deficiency;and 11 core herbal medicines(banxia,huangqin,chaihu,etc.)and 30 strong-association TCM combinations(banxia-huangqin,huangqin-chaihu,zexie-baizhu,etc.)were involved,and 4 core TCM combinations(banxia-tianma-chaihu,etc.)were further derived.Conclusion WANG Xing-shuan's prescriptions for the treatment of vertigo disease mainly included vertigo-relieving prescription No.1 and vertigo-relieving prescription No.2,with the main therapies of reducing phlegm and descending the turbid,invigorating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,tonifying Qi and ascending lucidity,reconciling superficies and interior,etc.Moreover,WANG Xing-shuan’s prescriptions were satisfactory in clinical effect,and had great guiding significance for the treatment of vertigo disease.
