老年人居家养老服务需求及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解老年人对护生志愿者提供的居家养老服务的需求现状及其影响因素,有针对性的为不同层次老年人提供专业化服务,提高老年人对居家养老护理服务的信任度和满意度。方法采用方便抽样法,于2020年9月-11月对武汉市某社区60岁以上的居家老年人进行问卷调查,了解老年人对护生志愿者提供的居家养老服务的需求,分析不同特征老年人居家养老服务需求的差异及影响老年人居家养老服务需求的主要因素。结果共调查316名60岁以上老年人,其中男165名(52.22%),女151名(47.78%);调查显示,老年人对于健康宣教方面的服务需求最大,为(16.94±5.57)分,其中最主要的需求是老年慢性疾病的预防宣教(3.59±1.25)分;不同年龄、居住方式、是否期望护生志愿者参与、婚姻状况及看护方式的老年人居家养老服务需求比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);二元Logistic回归分析显示:年龄、居住方式以及是否期望护生志愿者参与是老年人对护生志愿者提供的居家养老服务需求的主要影响因素。结论护生志愿者在为老年人提供居家养老服务时,应着重关注高龄、独居且愿意接受护生志愿者服务的老年人需求;此外,护生志愿者应提供个性化的健康宣教服务给老年人,学校和社会机构应重视对护生志愿者的培训,以提高护生志愿者的素质和居家养老服务能力。Objective To understand the demand status and influencing factors of the elderly for home care services provided by nursing volunteers,and to provide professional services for the elderly at different levels,so as to improve the trust and satisfaction of the elderly for home care services.Methods Using convenience sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the elderly over 60 years old in a community in Wuhan from September to November 2020 to understand the needs of the elderly for home care services provided by nursing volunteers,and to analyze the differences in the needs of home care services for the elderly with different characteristics and the main factors affecting the needs of home care services for the elderly.Results A total of 316 elderly people over 60 years old were investigated,including 165 males(52.22%)and 151 females(47.78%);the survey showed that the elderly had the largest demand for health education services,which was(16.94±5.57)scores,and the main demand was the prevention of chronic diseases in the elderly,which was(3.59±1.25)scores.There were statistically significant differences in the elderly’s demand for home-based care services among different ages,living styles,whether to expect the participation of nursing students’volunteers,marital status and nursing methods(P<0.05).Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that age,living style and whether to expect the participation of nursing volunteers were the main influencing factors of the elderly's demand for home care services provided by nursing volunteers.Conclusion Nursing volunteers should pay attention to the needs of the elderly with advanced age,living alone and willing to accept nursing volunteers when providing home care services for the elderly.In addition,nursing students volunteers should provide personalized health education services to the elderly,schools and social institutions should pay attention to the training of nursing students volunteers to improve the quality of nursing students volunteers and
