摘　　要：随着人口老龄化进程加速,养老服务业发展滞后的问题日益突出,如服务力量不足、服务内容单一、服务对象有限等。面对养老服务的巨大需求,将公益力量纳入养老服务队伍,使其成为我国养老事业的有力补充具有重要意义。本文就志愿养老服务模式的相关概念、国内外大学生志愿养老服务情况、实施大学生志愿养老服务的必要性及可行性作一综述,以期为完善我国养老服务体系提供参考。With the acceleration of population aging,the lagging development of the pension service industry has become increasingly prominent,such as insufficient service force,single service content and limited service objects.Facing the huge demand for pension services,it is of great significance to bring public welfare forces into the pension service team and make it a powerful supplement to China's pension cause.This paper reviews the related concepts of voluntary pension service mode,the situation of college students'voluntary pension service at home and abroad,the necessity and feasibility of implementing college students'voluntary pension service,in order to provide reference for improving China's pension service system.
