摘　　要：衰弱是生理储备下降、机体易损性增加、抗应激能力减退为主要特征的常见老年综合征。老年高血压患者衰弱患病率较高,但目前关于老年高血压合并衰弱的研究相对较少,并且在患有合并症的衰弱老年受试者中降低血压的益处尚不清楚。本文主要就衰弱及其评估、老年高血压以及衰弱对老年高血压的影响进行综述,以期改善老年高血压患者的健康状况。Frailty is a common senile syndrome characterized by decreased physiological reserves,increased vulnerability of the body,and decreased anti-stress ability.The prevalence of frailty in elderly hypertensive patients is relatively high,but few studies have focused on hypertension with frailty in the elderly,and the benefit of reducing blood pressure in frailty elderly subjects with comorbidities is unclear.This paper mainly reviews the weakness and its assessment,elderly hypertension and the impact of weakness on elderly hypertension in order to improve the health status of elderly hypertension patients.
