摘  要:新型水平穿墙管道用柔性防水套管进行施工及渗漏检测,能有效检测出防水套管与穿墙管道之间腔体内是否发生渗漏,可解决出现渗漏后处理不便和检测腔占用空间大、均为一次性使用的问题.采用SolidWorks软件对新旧两种防水套管组件进行三维建模,并借助Ansys workbench软件,采用有限元分析方法对新旧两种防水套管组件进行静力学分析、模态分析和动力学分析.分析结果表明,新型防水套管组件支承方式更加合理,具有更好的隔振效果.A new type of flexible waterproof casing which uses flexible waterproof casing for construction and leakage detection is able to detect whether there is leakage in the cavity formed between waterproof casing and pipelines through walls.It can also solve the problems of inconvenient treatment after leakage and large space occupied by the detection cavity.The 3-D modeling of the two waterproof casing components is carried out by using SolidWorks software.Static analysis,modal analysis and dynamic analysis of the two waterproof casing components are performed by means of ANSYS Workbench software.The results show that the support mode of the new waterproof casing components is more reasonable with profound vibration isolation effects.
