摘 要:房地产项目水土流失已成为城市水土流失的防治重点,其具有水土流失集中且强度大、对周边环境影响大和对市政系统具有潜在威胁的特点。以北京市住宅小区项目为例,针对建筑物区、道路管线及其他硬化区、绿化区、施工生产区、临时堆土区和代征用地区等分区的水土流失特点,提出工程措施、植物措施和临时措施的防治措施体系,可有效防治房地产项目建设过程中的水土流失。Soil erosion in real estate projects has become the focus of urban soil erosion.It has the characteristics of concentrated and intense soil erosion,great impact on the surrounding environment and a potential threat to the municipal system.Taking a residential area project in Beijing as an example,according to the soil erosion characteristics in building areas,road pipelines and other hardened areas,green areas,construction and production areas,temporary soil pile areas and substituting requisition areas,the paper put forward the engineering measures,planting measures and temporary measures for preventing erosion effectively during the construction of real estate projects.
