摘　　要：网络社会治理是国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要方面。语言问题是网络社会治理的基础性问题,语言治理是网络社会治理的重要内容和手段。网络语言既有适应社会治理的功能,也存在不少需治理的问题。网络语言治理,要在社会语言学和语言规划学的基础上,建构“三生治理系统”的理论框架,从宏观、中观和微观层面展开研究,并明确政府机构、社会组织和网民个体等不同层面多元主体的具体治理任务。Network social governance is an important aspect of the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity. Language problem is the basic problem of network social governance, and language governance is an important content and means of network social governance. Network language not only has the function of adapting to social governance, but also has many problems that need to be addressed. Network language governance, based on Sociolinguistics and language planning, should construct the theoretical framework of the “three level governance system”, carry out research from the macro, meso and micro levels, and clarify the specific governance tasks of multiple subjects at different levels, such as government agencies, social organizations and individual netizens.
