摘　　要：目的探讨阿司匹林联合低分子肝素治疗习惯性流产的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月本院收治的80例习惯性流产患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组给予阿司匹林治疗,观察组给予阿司匹林联合低分子肝素治疗。比较两组的血清细胞因子水平及妊娠结局。结果治疗前,两组的白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-12(IL-12)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、抗子宫内膜抗体(EMAb)、孕激素诱导阻断因子(PIBF)水平无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的IL-2、IL-12、IL-17水平及EMAb均低于治疗前,PIBF水平高于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的IL-2、IL-12、IL-17水平及EMAb低于对照组,PIBF水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总活产率为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的77.50%(31/40),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿司匹林联合低分子肝素治疗习惯性流产的效果显著,能够调节患者的血清细胞因子水平,改善妊娠结局,提高活产率,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of aspirin combined with low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of habitual abortion.Methods A total of 80 patients with habitual abortion admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin,and the observation group was treated with aspirin combined with low molecular weight heparin.The serum cytokines levels and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-12(IL-12),interleukin-17(IL-17),anti-endometrial antibody(EMAb)and progesterone-induced blocking factor(PIBF)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of IL-2,IL-12,IL-17 and EMAb in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,while the level of PIBF was higher than that before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of IL-2,IL-12,IL-17 and EMAb in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of PIBF was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total live birth rate in the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than 77.50%(31/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aspirin combined with low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of habitual abortion has a significant effect,it can regulate the levels of serum cytokines of patients,ameliorate the pregnancy outcomes,and improve the live birth rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
